Special Note for Sale Water Park
We now have a pre-blue class available to all members and first timers. The class is held at Sale on Saturdays at 11.15 and Thursdays at 7.30 and is designed to be a stepping stone to the beginners group. This class is aimed at people who have not done any exercise for a long time.
Please note that we cater for all levels of fitness at both classes on Thursday evenings at Sale. If you have any feedback or questions, please email Emily

BMF Manchester has been operating since 2004 and trains people all over Greater Manchester of any age and fitness ability. As a great alternative to the gym, our members are achieving the levels of fitness they always wanted!
